Chuck Lipsig, former reviewer, lives in Gainesville, Florida with his psychotically spontaneous wife, too-wise daughter, and high-energy son, as well as three cats, who make up the contingent of relatively normal people in his household. Besides writing for Green Man Review, he works a 7 day-per-week schedule as a medical transcriber (having gone for streaks of 366 and 197 straight days without a break) and has recently completed his first novel, This Blessed Plot, which combines the disparate influences of Charles de Lint, Thorne Smith, and Ayn Rand. Presently, he is working on several more novels, including a retelling of "Puss in Boots" and a fantasy-based Sherlock Homes pastiche. He also consumes prodigious amounts of caffeine -- and does that surprise you?
