Carter Nipper, Reviewer, is a librarian and a writer of horror and dark fiction whose talents are as yet unrecognized. He has a BA in English and a Master of Librarianship and is employed as a Reference Librarian at Central Georgia Technical College in Milledgeville, Georgia. Carter lives in the woods outside Milledgeville with his wife of 26 years and a small menagerie, currently 3 dogs and one cat (who thinks she's a dog, too. They're cool with that).
